About Stewart Katz
Stewart Katz, R.M.T., Registered Massage Therapist, has been practicing Massage Therapy since 1995, working in Toronto, Whistler, Victoria and Salt Spring Island. He offers gentle, thorough and deeply relaxing Massage Therapy and Craniosacral Therapy treatments to relieve pain and injury.
Stewart has been a student of Buddhism for over 20 years and brings to his work a quiet compassion, calm demeanor and practiced attitude of mindfulness.
Stewart specializes in the specific treatment of musculoskeletal pain and injuries, and in the management of stress as it appears in the physical body.

Registered Massage Therapy is a licensed Health Profession, regulated by the government of British Columbia.
Registered Massage Therapists in British Columbia are among the best educated in the world. They must complete between two and three years of comprehensive practical and theoretical education at a government approved school, then pass government licensing exams before being designated an R.M.T.
Registered Massage Therapists are required by the Government of British Columbia to adhere to strict ethical boundaries concerning treatment protocol, hygiene and confidentiality.

Stewart accepts cash, cheques, e-transfers, VISA and MASTERCARD (Please add a $5.00-$10.00 surcharge for each credit card transaction).
Registered Massage Therapy is covered by most extended health insurance plans, and by MSP for those with lower incomes. Stewart offers Direct Billing for Blue Cross claims.
